Inside, it is arranged with a fully equipped living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with double beds and 1 triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed), a spacious hallway and a utility room (shared by the owners and guests staying at the accommodation) equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
It is a sustainable building, with energy derived from renewable sources including solar panels and aerothermal energy. Moreover, the entire farmhouse is equipped with energy-efficient appliances and accessories.
Smoking is not allowed indoors, and it is prohibited to throw cigarettes, papers and rubbish outside. Pets are not allowed.

The minimum stay is two nights. During public holidays with a long weekend, the minimum stay is three nights.
The Masoveria de Agroturisme Mas Alsera is rented under the rural housing regime, meaning rental includes the entire accommodation. The price per night is 350 euros. VAT is included, and the tourist tax is charged separately.
The Bookings can be made through the website's booking form. Provide us with the details of your booking and we will respond quickly.
For extended stays, cleaning and bed linen changes will be carried out every 10 days upon the customer's request, towels will be changed every 5 days.
Antique beds (up to 3 beds) are charged separately at €40 per unit per night. The cots for infants (including bedding and bathtub) is complimentary but must be requested when making the booking.
Check-in is at 6 p.m and check-out is at 11 a.m.
50% of the total amount is payable via bank transfer upon booking. The booking can be cancelled up to 10 days before check-in. The remaining 50% of the booking and a refundable security deposit of 150 euros per booking are due at least 10 days before check-in. The security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days after departure.
For business meetings, we have a fully equipped room in the Espai Mas Alsera. Advance booking and payment are required.

Bookings must be made through the website's booking form, and prior payment of 50% of the total amount for the booked hours via bank transfer. The booking can be cancelled up to 10 days before the meeting. The price per hour is 60 euros. The remaining 50% of the booking and a refundable security deposit of 100 euros per booking are due at least 10 days before the meeting. The security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days after the business meeting.
Antique objects and items in the Espai Mas Alsera should be respected and preserved so picking them up or touching them is not allowed.
